Dear Readers,
Some slots of IBPS
RRB Office Assistant Prelims exam is scheduled today and some to be held
tomorrow. Your positive attitude in exam combined
with positive thinking results in success.
It is also true that stressing out and worrying about the exam will do
no good at all. So, it is important for all the students to have a
positive mindset.
Take a nap and exercise before exams. It resets your brain, increases blood flow to brain and prepares you for critical thinking and retention. Do not exercise for too long, you don’t have to waste that much of time, 15 minutes will be enough. Sleep is the key to doing well on tests, as it improves memory recall and the ability to concentrate. It is also necessary to store memories. If you wouldn’t sleep for the whole night, you likely won’t remember much of what you studied.
To make best use of your
knowledge, you should try to get at least 8 hours of sleep before the exam.
